Well i havnt blogged in a really long time. were driving out to the vincent family farm to get a couple gallons of milk.

now i know youre gonna say "where'd you get that name?"

well I had a friend in second grade and his Dad had a dodge like mine; my friends name was danny. Also johnny cash recorded a song called danny boyhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPQQJUUF8tM it is an old irish balad, that has been recorded many times anyway I got my truck from . . .. you guessed it, crossroads ford truck sales it is a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. it is the base model with wind up windows, no air conditioning vinyl seats etc. all plain jane .

the engine is a 3.9 litre v6 this is a low rpm engine so it does not rev high like a v8 it has a lot of low end torque and only about 180 + horsepower . I put in a new rear u joint because the old one was bad and i put a new rear seal in the tailshaft of the transmission because I thought that it was bad, but it turned out that it wasnt. I changed the oil, changed a few bulbs added some custom lights theyr'e not quite what i wanted so i think I will shine them upinto the engine so that light comes through the grill at night time. We stripped down the dash took everything apart and cleaned it all because this was a city trade in truck so it was filthy dirty but its clean now. i got a good price on it it has 118,000 miles.
